All sales are final. We generally do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds for change of mind.

Exceptions are made only in the following cases:

· You received an item that is damaged or defective.

· You received the incorrect item.

If either of these situations applies, please contact us at contact@petite-beauty.com with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

Each request will be reviewed individually. Once approved, we will arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include a refund or replacement, depending on the circumstances.

Please do not return any item before contacting us and receiving return instructions.
